What if I have a criminal background?
- Criminal convictions must be approved by the landlord and management company.
What if I’ve had an eviction?
- No evictions and good previous most recent landlord reference: Move-in fee due upon approval + first month’s rent upon move-in.
- Evictions over 2 to 5 years old and good previous most recent landlord reference: Must pay move-in fee due upon approval + first and last month’s rent upon move-in.
- Evictions under 2 years old not accepted.
Do you accept first-time renters?
- First-time renters must pay move-in fee due upon approval + first and last month’s rent upon move-in.
Do you accept short-term leases?
- Leases less than 12 months must pay 1.5 times move-in fee due upon approval + first and last month’s rent upon move-in.
What is the required credit score?
